(hereinafter called: Provider) performs his diagnostics activity in every respect in favour of the patients upon the request of themselves or the referral institute. He keeps before, during and after the examination the provisions set up in the Medical Act and other legal regulations in respect of the examinations and the examined persons.

The aim of the current Privacy Policy is to define the most important rules of the processed data and the registration system of same in accordance with the legal instructions in effect, through which the high level enforcement of requirements bound to the data protection provisions can be secured. Furthermore, the current Privacy Policy ensures that no unauthorized persons should have access to the data processed by the Provider and these should not come to publicity.

With regard to the above we can assure you that Euromedic Diagnostics Magyarország Kft. is committed to the protection of your personal data. Euromedic Diagnostics Magyarország Kft. shall do every technical effort for the safe storage of user’s data, with special regard to the provisions of the Act LXIII. of 1992. about the protection and publishing of personal data, the Act VI. of 1998 and Act LIII. of 2005. about the protection of individuals in course of data processing, as well as the provisions of chapter XVII. of the Act C. of 2003. about the electronic telecommunication and the prescriptions of the Government Order 226/2003. It is the Provider or his personally authorized representative who is entitled to store the managed data as well as using them in aggregated form in a way unsuitable for personal identification.
